A : Once your order is placed, it takes us 1-2 days to process it and dispatch from our factory. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive tracking details of your order on your SMS/Whatsapp/Email.

A : We have all the Important payment options available like UPI, Google Pay, Phonepe, Paytm, Netbanking, Card ( All cards accepted).
A : Yes, we do provide Cash On Delivery (COD) option with extra COD charge of Rs 39 on small value orders. For certain products and high value orders (Above Rs. 999) we might request the customer over phone call to deposit 10% of the COD amount as safety deposit.
A : Our standard delivery time ranges between 7-18 business days from the date of order depending on each product. To check the exact delivery time, kindly check the description of the product which you had ordered.

A : We accept returns of the product purchased only if the product received is damaged or is a different product than ordered. Incase of any of the above 2 reasons, please do call us at 7737334576 or email us at zivantaa@gmail.com to process your return order.
A : We are sorry to hear that! It doesn't happen 99% of the time, but please rest assured that we will send you a new product immediately once it is brought to our notice. Please email us at zivantaa@gmail.com to to get your order redone and resent.
