📦 Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We provide free shipping (standard shipping only) all over India. If you want it fast Express shipping will be chargeable as according to product weight and size.
Standard shipping : 5-7 Working Days
Express : 3-4 Working Days (For express shipping contact us at zivantaa@gmail.com with your order ID)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, festivals, or carrier issues.
Shipment Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
🌍 International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India. If you're located outside India and wish to place an order, kindly contact us at zivantaa@gmail.com for special arrangements.
